⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Daniel and his entire team! I originally came in because of a flat tire, but Daniel went above and beyond. He noticed that my car smelled like gasoline and took the time to let me know what could be wrong and recommend the repairs I needed. What really stood out was that he didn’t just tell me what the problem was—he actually called several places himself to help me find the part I needed. That kind of customer service is hard to find. Daniel and his team were professional, honest, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back. Had to get an alignment following a lift and tires being installed. Daniel and team did a great job, got the truck all aligned, steering wheel strait and it was quick! First time using Big Brand and will be back again

Had to get my skid plate replaced so I called the first place Google gave me and they did not disappoint. Daniel and everyone else were so polite and helpful. The service was amazing and fast. They were able to fit me a hour after I called for the maintenance! Love the environment. Definitely recommend to anyone!!!

These guys are the absolute best in town. While they aren't listed as a traditional mechanic specifically, I would trust them with my vehicles more than anyone else in town. They are friendly, transparent, and do their absolute best to actually solve the root issue without just loading the parts cannon. I also really appreciate their communication during every step of the process—they call as soon as they find something or just to provide a quick update. If anyone ever asks me for a local recommendation to get their vehicle serviced, I recommend these guys hands down.
