Jim at Big Brand Tire and Service went above and beyond for us. We hit debris on the freeway that punctured our gas tank while we were in town for a wedding, and Jim immediately took ownership of the situation and got us back on the road safely. He was responsive throughout, worked hard to bring the price down for us, and when we were tight on time, he personally drove us to the train station so we wouldn't miss the wedding. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel like he genuinely had our best interest at heart. It's rare to find that level of honesty and care, and we're so grateful. Highly recommend asking for Jim if you need work done here!
