I called to see check when I need to schedule my next tire rotation since purchasing my tires last November 2025 with Big Brand Tire. Erick assisted my with all my questions and schedule me with ease. I had gone only to the location off Pico but this one is closer to home. I had a great experience with my service everyone was great and knowledgeable. Also their mechanic Omar informed me of what had been done and answered all my concerns. This location is very efficient and their staff is helpful, ready to assist you with all your car needs👏. I will definitely be coming back.

Had great customer service, friendly staff and technicians with quick solution the next day (ordered my tire and it was ready when I came by the next day to install). Fair price, accessible services. Would recommend and will come again hopefully for just oil change and not another flat tire.
