Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Los Angeles, CA 90066

I came in because another store near my business location made me wait 2 hours 1/2 only to tell me they would not repair my tire. I went straight to Big Brand because I've always had great experiences with this brand and they didn't disappoint. The team was helpful and diligent and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Great customer service and a team I felt I could trust. I will need new tires very soon; they got my business!

Amazing team!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I’ve going to Big Brand Tires for the past two years that I’ve lived in the area and they are absolutely amazing!! They are locally owned and the staff are so incredibly friendly and honest about pricing whether it’s a simply diagnostic or major repair. They will always try their best to get you the best price! Ismael, who I’ve always chatted with and checked in with at the desk has always been so nice and understanding in explaining things to me! I recommend all my friends to go here they are the absolute best!

Wonderful. I went in today because I got a tire pressure warning notification on my dash while driving. Stressful! It's hot today but not blowout hot, at least I don't think. I tried to use the nearest gas station air machine to check pressure myself but it was wonky in its readings so I was left unsure. (Pro tip: avoid Chevron at Lincoln and Mindanao.) After the gas station, Big Brand took me in with no appointment and Ismael was so fast and friendly. After filling my tires to recommended level and then some because of this hot weather, Ismael made sure I properly reset my car's computer and sent me on my way. No crazy invoice, just pleasant service. Much appreciated!

They were the best! New tires and drives way better.

Ten stars if I could, I think it was Omar who got me in and out super fast, fixed a nail issue for free, checked my tire pressure. I came from here after getting a crazy quote from the Toyota dealership and I’m so grateful. Will be here if I ever need tires replaced. They were wonderful

Fast and friendly service! Ismael was polite, patient and informative. Nothing makes a large purchases easier than having a great salesperson who knows what they’re selling! He sure got me on an upscale! This was my first experience with this particular business and I would highly recommend!

Moved to Venice, about 2-3 years ago. And this is my number one spot to go for tires and rotations. They always take care of me always have good deals and great prices

I’m on a fixed income which doesn’t allow for much , pretty bad when you consider tires a luxury, but they came through. “Wow driving on treads what a concept!”

Omar was so kind and took out a nail out of my tire super quick!! I will definitely be returning
