solid group of guys from management to the numbers guy and the mechanics, they were accomdating friendly, and open to working with me on the price, i recently had car issues and took my car too three different mechanics, of the three they were the most honest and straight forward with me about my cars condition and neccesary fixes aswell as pricing and vlaue of the work being done, these guys are the best on the business and highest rated for a reason, i see no reason to take your car anywhere else but here if your in the area.

I’ve had a really great experience with this shop and wanted to specifically recognize Matt and Anthony. Matt has been the person I’ve primarily dealt with during my visits, and he’s been incredibly helpful, communicative, and easy to work with every time. He kept me updated throughout the process and made everything straightforward from beginning to end. Anthony handled the actual tire replacement work and did an excellent job. I recently needed both of my rear tires replaced, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. What I appreciate most is simply how well I’ve been treated here. Good communication, fair service, and people who actually seem to care about taking care of their customers. Matt and Anthony both deserve recognition for the experience they provided me. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need tires or related work in the future. Highly recommend these guys.

I recently brought my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV to this Big Brand Tires & Service location for a comprehensive vehicle inspection (CVI), a tire and alignment inspection, and to have a service warning light checked. I can confirm that the inspections I scheduled online were completely free, just as advertised. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Parking & check-in was quick and easy, and the team did a good job providing updates throughout my visit. Although they were unable to diagnose or repair the service issue because my vehicle is an EV, they still completed a thorough inspection. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism as well. Rather than attempting work outside their area of expertise, they recommended that I visit a Chevrolet dealership or a repair shop that specializes in electric vehicles. They also shared that they have seen customers experience negative outcomes after taking their EVs to shops without sufficient experience, which I found to be helpful and transparent advice. Another thing I appreciated was that the staff offered recommendations without being pushy or trying to sell me unnecessary services. They took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I was there for less than an hour on a Friday morning, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I would recommend them based on the excellent customer service, clear communication, and the staff's willingness to be honest and prioritize their customers' best interests.
