We called in advance and received a quote over the phone. The price didn’t change once we got there. Matt was an excellent customer service person both on the phone and in person. Matt told us it would be about an hour and 20 minutes for the tire charge and much overdue alignment. It took slightly less. Due to the location, you have so much you can do while getting your tires changed or having service done. I left very happy and so did my husband. I’d highly recommend this location. It’s literally right off the Summerlin Parkway at the Buffalo. It sits right behind Wilco and there is a Trader Joe’s in the same parking lot along with restaurants and other services. There is also a Lowe’s across the street.

I needed a tire looked at and thought it needed a patch but it needs a plug. No up sales, just honesty and a mini lesson on side walls. Although they couldn’t assist me, they weee gracious and kind. I will go back for other services.

I’ve had work done on a couple of different vehicles that I owned by this company today they complementary patched a tire that I did not even purchase from them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In my opinion you cannot go wrong by trusting your vehicle maintenance repair or tire replacement with this company, especially the one on Washington. They’re always honest and they always do a great job. I have never had an issue with them.
