I bought tires and got my alignment done. What i like about this place is the transparency. They'll literally walk you out to your car and show you what needs to be done or the shape you brought it to them in. Havent had any upsells or unnecessary work "needed" to be done recommended. If so they'll show you why. I like that in shops because not all shops will do that. Ill keep coming back and recommend people to come here

Always friendly, good service and not a spectacle like the tire store everyone knows!

Go see Shane. Pleasant. Professional. Kind spoken. Caring attitude. Helpful. Resourceful. Offered all the extra's available. Made proactive suggestions for maintaining the life of the tires. He wasn't pushy, rushed, impatient, or uninterested. Listened to me vent and responded with solutions, not the typical 'hears you, but not listening" type. I will be back. Excellent service and the best deal in town!

I had an excellent experience at Big Brand Tire! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly, professional, efficient, and honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel like you can trust the people working on your vehicle without worrying about being overcharged or swindled. Whether you need new tires, a repair, or general service, I highly recommend Big Brand Tire. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a fantastic experience with Big Brand at 42E Southern in Tempe, courtesy of Shane! They did a wheel alignment for us on our 1st generation Hyundai Kona EV. In and out over the span of a lunch next door at Monkey Pants bar (which Shane also recommended).
