Excellent customer service and offer way more services for free than any other tire shop. Brian was awesome and made everything easy and personal for me from start to finish. I love this place! I've had so many experiences at so many other car shops that try to upsell me or tell me something is broken on my car that doesn't even exist. Not Big Brand Tire! They do exactly what I need, at a price I can afford, and they don't take all day. They finished my alignment in 30 minutes when a different shop took 8 hours. I will bring my car here every time!

We have been bringing our company and personal vehicles to Big Brand for years and have been happy with the service they provide. We have found them to be honest and accommodating. Brian goes above and beyond to communicate our vehicle status. He also gives me a heads up if he will be out of the office for an extended period and makes sure that I know who to ask for if I need to get a van taken care of while he's gone. The techs treat my staff and admin team professionally and with respect. I have recommended Big Brand Tire and Service at 42 E Southern Ave., Tempe many times and do not hesitate to do so.

A friend has been coming here for 10+ years and recommended them. It turned out that I did not need the repair I thought i did. I did need to replace a bulb and they did it at no cost. This is a reliable shop whose employees are knowledgeable, capable and long term.
