Had a fantastic experience with Big Brand at 42E Southern in Tempe, courtesy of Shane! They did a wheel alignment for us on our 1st generation Hyundai Kona EV. In and out over the span of a lunch next door at Monkey Pants bar (which Shane also recommended).

I went in today after work because my tire has been getting low. I was greeted with a friendly face Behind the counter andImmediately helped me. The representative told me that he would check my tire. I said hey I think it has And he said he would let me know. They fixed my tire quickly and when I asked how much they said it was FREE!! It was a nail and they were so kind to help me free of charge! Where can you find kindness professionalism and FREE THESE DAYS?! I highly recommend them and will be going back! Thanks! Tina

I have been here prior for tire issues , I chose them because they were close to Zia Records. I went back for general repair today I.e. check engine light because I remembered how friendly they were, Today was no exception. I highly recommend this place for tires but also for general repairs they are fast , fair and reliable.
