Jeremy and his team at Big Brand were amazing and very quick. They found the leak that Discount had missed and fixed it. They also filled up my spare just in case. Jeremy's customer service was superb! They fixed the leak for free and will beat any price in the valley for tire replacement. I'll be coming back. Thank you!

Big Brand is amazing! We had such a great experience. James was incredibly helpful—he answered my call right away and was able to get us in immediately. Our local Toyota dealership quoted us $300+ to replace the tire, but Big Brand was able to patch it completely free of charge! They had us taken care of and back on the road in less than an hour. Amazing customer service, honest recommendations, and such a refreshing experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you, James and Big Brand!

These guys are great. Not only are their hours longer but Jeremy at the front desk. Incredible the guys that put me on hold initially. Awesome. The work they do is quality, used to go to discount tire not anymore. I'm going here for all my stuff going forward. Thanks guys appreciate it

I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family as a first time customer here, I was given the lowest and best price for what I needed, I was also given Uber Lyfts to and from home free of charge as my car was serviced and the communication was top tier the entire process.
