I had a nail in my tire and an already existing patch in the same tire. James not only fit us in last minute an hour before closing on a Sunday and patched the hole, but also fixed the other old patch that was done by a different shop. Thank you to James for being so helpful and kind! Definitely will be coming back for any future tire related services! New to the area, so glad to have found this shop!

Jeremy got us back on the road fast! We were heading out on a road trip, and somehow got the jaw from a pair of pliers embedded in the rear tire on our van. We made it to Big Brand before the tire went flat, and Jeremy jumped right on it himself. The tire was not patchable. But Big Brand had the right tire in stock and got it installed quickly. Saved the first part of our road trip for sure. Thanks for the great and fast service Jeremy!
