Jack is the manager, he did a great job. I took my mom's car 1999 Lexus RX 300 thinking the oil pan was leaking. The mechanic said it was the oil filter and didn't charge me to tighten it! I would definitely recommend Big Brand to everyone!!! V.Carr

I needed to get my tire repaired because it was leaking. I came in and they were able to see me right away. They fixed it plus gave me great advice on what I needed to do to make sure my tires would work really well. They offered an alignment service as well. And gave me a good reason why I should get it.
