⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently bought a Tacoma for our son and brought it to Big Brand for a full inspection. Thankfully, there wasn’t much that needed attention, but they did find a giant bolt in one of the tires! Of course, the timing couldn’t have been better (or worse!) since our son was scheduled to take his driver’s test the very next morning. **Steve was absolutely amazing from start to finish!** He walked me through the inspection, gave me all the 411s (thankfully, only the tire was a 911!), and patiently helped me sort through tire options. He went above and beyond to make sure the tires arrived in time so the team could get started first thing the next morning and get us back on the road. Everything worked out perfectly! We returned about a week later to take care of the remaining 411s from the inspection, and once again, the team was fantastic. They stayed late to finish the work and even offered to pick up our son since I was flying out of town for work. Seriously, who does that anymore?! Just an all-around great group of guys who genuinely care about their customers. Steve was incredibly fair, honest, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire experience. It's so refreshing to find a team that treats you like a person instead of just another repair ticket. **Huge thanks to Steve and the entire Big Brand team!** You've definitely earned our trust and our business!
