My car had a strange noise coming from the front right tire so I had it checked out at Big Brand tires in South Lake Tahoe and I must say it was the best experience I have had at a mechanic in a very long time they were wonderful and my problem turned out to be nothing but a stone or stone I had picked up in my travels so I was very relieved and they do free diagnosis so it was my lucky day. If I ever need a mechanic I know where I will be going! Thank you for your integrity.

I have been traveling for the past month when I developed an oil leak in the rear end of my van. Called ahead and was told to bring it in and we’ll see if we can help. Arika was extremely helpful and handled the situation. She ordered the parts and I had Uber pick them up a hour and half away. They got the part and three hours later Matt finished the job. Matt was very detailed oriented and the job was perfect. I’ve ran a service business for over 35 years and I have to say, these guys are the real deal. Thank you Arika and Matt.

I got my truck stuck on the Rubicon, had to haul a tragedy of a dinged rim down to them, and somehow they managed to save me and get it to hold air so I could eventually replace the wheel and get my truck down from Olympus Mons (featured pic aka way above West Lake Tahoe). If I ever win the lotto I'm gonna put a free day spa right behind their tire shop for employees only. :-)
