Had a significant engine issue on a Saturday afternoon, quick diagnosis and parts ordered. Haley was very good, knowledgeable and a good representative for Big Brand. Had another big issue a couple months ago and they handled it in a professional manner. Definitely would recommend.

I had something hanging down from the bottom of my car. It was ripping off on the highway. The nice gentleman Ricardo fixed it for free! Wow.. Who does that anymore? What a nice gesture Now I don't have to go to an expensive repair shop and pay a fee for them to evaluate / diagnose the problem. I am so happy and grateful 🙏
