I had something hanging down from the bottom of my car. It was ripping off on the highway. The nice gentleman Ricardo fixed it for free! Wow.. Who does that anymore? What a nice gesture Now I don't have to go to an expensive repair shop and pay a fee for them to evaluate / diagnose the problem. I am so happy and grateful 🙏

The alternator went out on my Toyota Highlander while I was driving my kids to camp, and Jason took the time to clearly explain all my options without any pressure. Pricing was transparent, honest, and comparable to local independent shops. What really impressed me was their commitment to getting me back on the road. They had the replacement part rushed in from Mesa and completed the repair the very same day. Throughout the process, Jason was patient, professional, and straightforward. Big Brands Tire & Services on Shea is amazing. Not only are their mechanics great, the staff is extremely nice, respectful, and talk you through anything you have questions on or don’t understand. Their prices are very reasonable in today’s expensive economy. I would and will recommend Big Brand Tire & Service to everyone. Great experience both times I need help with my vehicle.
