I've been going to Big Brand back when they where Percell's. Their customer service is top notch! They're honest and friendly with integrity. I'm moving to Prescott Valley and it saddens me that I won't be able to go to their 32nd & Shea location anymore, but I look forward to bringing my car in for service at their Prescott Valley location.

Big brand Tires has become my go to wheel and tire shop. The associates are always polite and ready to help. Most recently I had my Volkswagen in for some tire Repairs and working with Emilio was an absolute delight. The work was done well, and I got my car back in a timely manner. I Recommend this location at Shea and the 51 to my friends and family anytime the subject of Tires comes up in a conversation.
