Stopped in here for a flat tire. They told me I needed all new tires (which I had been told before a year ago, so it wasn’t like they were trying to up sell). They got me all squared away in less than an hour with 4 new tires. The man up front was very nice and told the guys in the back that I had a kid with me so that they would go faster. Solid price. Definitely recommend, and will be coming back here for any other tire issues!

Great experience getting 2 new tires ($300 less than Discount Tire) and an oil change I THOUGHT I needed. Turns out I’m 3200 miles early (10,000 between changes) … so BONUS points for that.

Discount Tire had a 3 hour wait for a tire repair and these guys took my truck in right away and repaired a tire with a nail within 45 minutes at no cost. Great service, will be back for future maintenance.

I had such a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service in Scottsdale! Chase and Evan went above and beyond to help me quickly and efficiently, and I was honestly surprised by how fast I was in and out. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, helpful, and professional. On top of the great service, their pricing was absolutely unbeatable. I seriously got the best deal here; other shops i talked to came no where close. Highly recommend this shop! Thanks again Chase and Evan and everyone who helped me out today!

I had tires replaced in March at Big Brands Raintree location. Competitive pricing and prompt service. Unfortunately over the weekend I had a blowout and and needed an emergency tire- Dennis was very helpful and got me back in the road by end of day Monday. Thanks again for being a great neighborhood resource!

Picked up a nail in my tire. Immediately contacted Big Brand tires. We use them for all 4 of our vehicles. Quick service and they repaired it while I waited in their lobby. Saved my day!!
