Ray and staff immediately found metal object in our tire and fixed it, no charge. They helped us troubleshoot a weird car noise too. They were very helpful and I definitely recommend buying your tires here! New tire prices are reasonable and tires usually in stock.

Bought the tires online, great deal, were delivered in 1 day, Big Brand mounted and balanced them in a very short time, immediately, and I saved approx $660 compared to the Costco price. More than half off for the exact same Michelin tires.

Tire care. Big Brand has been my place to go for tires, wheel alignment, and brakes (so far). The employees are awesome, friendly, and most importantly HONEST; which is really hard to come by in the automotive specialty repair industry. Walk-ins are welcome if you dont mind the wait, which i had to do, due a punctured tire; but i would gladly do than risk an accident or anyone's life. Thank you Big Brand Tire
