Had a great time waiting to get my car serviced for an oil change at Big Brand Milpas. The staff is very educated, friendly and gave me options. Glad I could get a good deal without breaking the bank since I’m out of work from work injury with no benefits. I got to catch up on the FIFA ⚽️ games with people in the lobby and caught part of a game. My time there was lovely 🥰

We came by just after closing because my family was in a difficult position—we had 5 hours of driving ahead and a slow leak in one of our tires. The manager quickly understood the situation and one of the techs volunteered to stay late to help. So grateful for the professionalism and care here!!

The associate Anthony was very professional and helped me get the best tires for my car. I also had a few other things that he helped me with and made sure my car was taken care of. I liked his way of leadership and making sure the shop ran smoothly for not only me, but other customers I saw while I was waiting. They were fast and I left very satisfied. I will definitely be going back to this location.
