Joe was phenomenal! He was incredibly generous, kind, and genuinely cared about helping his customers. You could tell he really wanted to do everything he could to make sure everyone was taken care of. I had actually tried going somewhere else beforehand, and I’m so glad they couldn’t take me because it led me to this location! I originally came in for just an oil change and a complimentary vehicle inspection, but they caught that my brakes were dangerously worn down, along with another issue I hadn’t been aware of. Although the unexpected brake replacement was stressful, Joe went above and beyond to make the entire experience as easy as possible. He worked around my schedule so I could still make it to another appointment, even offering to stay late so I could pick up my car afterward. He also went out of his way to apply discounts to help ease the unexpected expense, which I appreciated more than he probably realizes. It's not often you come across someone who is so accommodating and genuinely cares about their customers. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of, just that they truly wanted to get me back on the road safely. Joe turned what could have been a really stressful experience into such a positive one. I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!
