I was really impressed with the workmanship... they did a great job. The tires look great and the ride is smooth. What really stood out for me. Was the manager Joseph R. Such an awesome person. His focus was customer experience, and what the customers needs are. His well rounded personality and knowledge of the product that he is selling is what made me come back to buy the tires. Give this man a raise...

I stopped by another tire shop today after work due to my tire pressure light turning on. They were able to check the tire pressure and add some air - when they got to the last tire, they found the nail. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to patch it as they were backed up and, to be fair, it was an hour before closing. I went across the street to Big Brand Tire & Service and was greeted by Joe. He was super kind, friendly and helpful! He was honest about the wait, which was only about 45 minutes, but I was just grateful they were able to get me in so close to their closing time. Their customer service alone made me want to leave a positive review and recommend this location. Thank you Joe and team! :)

My tire was leaking air with no visible damage, so I stopped in to see if maybe the valve stem needed to be replaced. Turns out it was a nail deeply embedded which was removed and patched up. They also rotated my tires all under 1.5 hrs and for free! No haggling or selling services I didn't need. I trust these guys and will be coming back when it's time to replace my tires.

Joe was great! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was very reasonably priced and the customer service was very good. Took a little bit over an hour for them to finish up at the end of a busy day
