I went to my neighborhood tire shop to take care of a leaking tire. Jeremy greeted me and helped me with getting in the system for the first time. The manager Joseph aka (Joe) at Big Brand Tire & Service in Santa Ana truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took great care of my truck, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail these days. The utmost respect for him and the rest of the employees at this shop. Highly recommending this to my friends, family and foes because of the outstanding leadership and care I first hand experienced. Joe is an Army Veteran and I learned that by simply having genuine conversations and care to really know one another as a client and a worker just treating each other as people and not a business transaction. Never once felt like that on all 3 different services they performed. Enjoy the picture of my truck! I get lots of compliments on the tires and leveling kit.
