When doing the inspection on my vehicle. They looked at not only my concerns and checked for codes, they also went above and beyond and took a look at everything down to the detail (bumper to bumper) and caught other things that were wrong with it. For a flat rate

Joe was very professional and took great care of my vehicle. I am not from Costa Mesa but was down there for a conference and got a screw in my tire. They got me in and out of there in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop.

Came out from Las Vegas and stumbled on this place, awsome customer service, everything went so well. They did new brakes , alignment all 4 wheels, rotor resurfacing.

I was impressed with the customer service and speed of repairs. I needed new spark plugs on my 2019 Honda Fit. Repairs were completed the day I brought my car in. Joe was easy to talk with and treated my situation with urgency. I will return here for future needs!

I got a screw in my tire, it went flat pretty quickly. I got the spare tire on, and came to Big Brand Tire to see if they could patch up the damaged tire. Even though I did not purchase the tires from Big Brand, they still went ahead and patched the tire and put it back on the vehicle for no cost to myself. I'll come back here once it's time for me to get a new set of tires.
