I needed a screw removed and my tire patched. It was easy to make an appointment that fit into my schedule, they were very helpful and an hour later I was on my way, and it was FREE! Will definitely be going back for other tire needs in the future.

I left the Subaru dealership frustrated yesterday after no one could install the new trim piece I had purchased there. The damaged one was removed, and I was sent to Big Brand Tire & Service with the new piece in hand. The first person I met at Big Brand was the new shop manager Esteban Rocha. Within minutes Mr. Rocha installed the new trim piece. Then he declined payment for his work and wished me a good day! My day went from frustrating to fantastic!
