Hands down the best service I’ve had in a very long time. I came here to get a couple different services and got great prices and exceptional customer service. I was helped by Victor Gonzalez and he made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He was very attentive to everything I needed done and made sure it was done correctly as I had noted I’ve had bad experiences at other shops. Big brand tires is my go to now! I was a first time customer here, and as a woman AND a first time customer, I have to be careful of trusting what I’m told etc. I went in for a singular “knock” sound coming from either my tires or brake area, and wanted a diagnostic test (which they provide for free). Turns out I needed new brake pads, rotors, and struts. It was a very unexpected amount of money I was going to be spending, I had no choice, I have to have a safe and reliable vehicle like we all do. I accepted my quote but internally was freaking out because my wedding is in 5 months and financially we are SPENDING for it and our honeymoon at this point in the process. I called another place after receiving my quote to see about possibly any difference in quote and was quoted almost the same price, which told me one, I was not being taken advantage of on the price and could trust what I was being told, and two, I might as well stick with where I was rather than having my car removed from the lift and tires put back on so I could go elsewhere. So I told the second quoter I was given roughly the same price and would remain where I was, he then took the price down, and in an effort to save my fiancé and I anything I could, I decided to risk it and take the deal, even though I had no guarantee of same day service, and I hadn’t really researched this second place, but had chosen “Big Brand” because of their good reviews. I talked to the person who was helping me (Garcia) and explained the situation about me getting married soon and that I had to take the deal from this other place. Garcia was so generous with me and said he wanted to help me and he took the price down to a price that was a little less “ouch” on my fiancé and I’s wallets. I was shocked he was willing to do that for us and almost teared up because he could have easily said “ok have a good day” and sent me on my way to this other place. I was able to get my vehicle repaired same day, receive a helping hand, and some great customer service. Something people need to learn: These businesses don’t owe you anything, the company needs to make money to pay their employees, just because someone else said they will do it for cheaper, doesn’t mean the quality is up to par. Kindness is free, show respect to the people giving you kindness and if you’re someone who like me, is always the sunshine in the room, pass is to everyone you meet, because you never know what blessings you can provide or receive. Thank you to Big Brand, and thank you to Garcia and your team. You’ve made this bride to be very happy, and certainly gained a returning customer!
