Had a blow out on our way back home on our trailer. Called this tire shop and Garcia answered my questions right away and was ready to take care of what we needed. Fast and friendly service. They even greased our bearings on our trailer. 10/10

Discovered this company a bout a year ago when I picked up a large bolt in my tire. I drove in and they fixed it immediately. Then i had a different tire on my car fail unexpectedly and because I knew them I took it in and they located the exact tire and fixed it cheaper than 4 other shops (I checked around). Then I had an issue with alignment and had to get all 4 replaced. (Roads are terrible here...) All said and done I never had an appointment and they were very accommodating and budget friendly. I trust them and glad to be able to use them.

Diego and Marlin (now sure spelled correct) are great advisors and when it comes to customer service at the Waterman Ave., San Bernardino location! Their honesty and friendliness made the experience comfortable and welcoming. I hope they train new hires and maybe move up and train others in the region. They give Big Brand a great reputation and customer experience…keep it up!!!

I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. What really stood out to me is that they were able to confidently work on my Tesla Cybertruck, which is honestly rare right now. A lot of shops aren’t familiar or equipped to handle these yet, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing. No issues, no hassle, just solid service and great people. If you’ve got a Cybertruck (or any Tesla vehicle really), this is a place you can trust. Highly recommend!
