I honestly can’t recommend Big Brand Tire & Service enough. From the moment I called and walked in, Lanette at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She’s charismatic, welcoming, and you can genuinely tell she cares about customers and making sure people are taken care of. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and she sets the tone for the entire shop. I came in needing a very last-minute spark plug replacement after realizing another mechanic shop in the Springs had clearly ripped me off by reusing old spark plugs in my vehicle. My check engine light was on. Lanette worked her magic and got me squeezed into the schedule without hesitation. The team got me in and out quickly while still taking the time to do a full inspection of my vehicle, which gave me real peace of mind. Also, shoutout to the mechanics in the back because the music they play is an absolute banger. You’ll literally be dancing in your seat while waiting for your car. Great vibes, great people, and honest work. Awesome shop. I’ll definitely be coming back.
