Oil change, tires, old car repairs - Our local almost everything mechanic now!! If Janelle the manager is here, we will follow. We visit between this location and Flamingo location. She's super on top of things!!! The only reason we've decided to make Big Brand Tires (Janelle's location) to be our car mechanic (old 2000s Camry, and Prius). From oil change, parts, tires, we trust Janelle to figure it out and really evaluate things really well. They also price match!! We've tried mom and pop shops. I'm also not usually a fan of mechanics via big chains but Janelle really takes care of you and your car!! She'll make sure things are done right. And super professional in calling back, scheduling, above and beyond excellent customer service, etc (rare for Vegas). We bring our own oil, oil filter and filters. They are and to work with it. And give me back leftover oil to continuously refill my car.

First time car owner!! All the car maintenance is new to me but they made the process very easy. Made an appointment for a tire rotation and was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! They offer a variety of free services which is pretty cool!!
