I purchased new tires from the Big Brand location on Rosedale Highway. Dylan provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. I liked that Big Brand Tires has state of the art balancing and alignment equipment. The job was completed within two hours. The overall customer service at this Big Brand Tires location was excellent and I believe trustworthy. I will be returning for all future tire services and other mechanical maintenance and repair services offered.
