I just had an exceptional experience at Big Brand Tire and Service this past labor day! Kenneth was so sweet and helpful when I came in originally to get air in my tires and then like an hour later when they were still showing low pressure. I am not from the area and was on the way home when I stopped by. Kenneth was very professional and willing to help get my tires checked for any nails/leaks. They fit me in on a busy holiday AND still offered to change my oil and air filters. They were quick and efficient! Kenneth even had a small plan in place if I did have to get my tire replaced (thankfully not). they got me in and back on the road super fast! Would for sure come back if I am ever in Reno! THANK YOU!

Bought a set of BF Goodrich KO3s here a few months back. The tires have performed exceptionally well on all sorts of road connections between Smoke Creek, Black Rock, Seven Troughs, etc... The only issue was a tire catching a framing nail in town, I took it in and the shop repaired the tire immediately, no charge.

From here on out any of my cars that have issues will be brought to Big Brand Tire and Service. The service and employees are outstanding. They consistently communicated with me about my car and the cost of repairs. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Great service!
