I have been having issues with my 2016 Honda Fit engine light coming on and off. For a long time when I would go to CarMax to get repairs it felt like they would brush most of my concerns off and just fix what seemed to be the first issue that they saw and move on. I finally decided to try something different and am glad I did. I feel like the team here really do care about what is going on with your car. I felt like Kenny especially was really amazing throughout this whole process. He really advocated for me when the warranty company for my car would try to push back on approving some of the repairs. I really appreciated it I just moved to reno from Vegas so having my car not work in a new place caused a lot of anxiety. I was really glad that Kenny was there throughout this whole process,

This is the 2nd time I’ve had turbo issues, also 2nd vehicle I’ve brought here for the same issue, and both times Kenny took such great care of us, I will never bring my car somewhere else. I told him today, you’re the only one I ever have to pay for major car service that I am still smiling after I pay the bill. Thank you for being honest, reliable, and making me feel safe knowing you have looked at literally everything and given me the Kenny stamp of approval.

Came in for free tire repair and it’s legit free no extra fees and it was a super simple process, seems like a great company!! Interested in getting new tires from there now!

I needed a tire in a pinch and this morning, Craig was quick to find what I needed and had it ready within minutes and I was out the door while I was waiting for other tire places to find it or have it shipped. I was more than satisfied with the service and ease of the whole experience. I will check here first in the future.

I own an Audi Q7 and had visited our local Audi dealer for a scheduled fix on a trim piece. I came away with an unsolicited estimate of needed repairs and tire replacement. The car is out of warranty so I took it to Big Brand for a tire estimate and review of Audi’s recommended repairs. Kenny thoughtfully reviewed Audi’s estimate and looked for any possible recalls. He then reviewed each line item with me and I was confident leaving my car in his care. The diagnosis reflected that Audi had misspoke regarding a big and costly repair and I drove away the next day knowing my car was road ready and safe. The experience prompted my husband to bring his out of warranty Jeep Grand Cherokee to the shop as well and we look forward to doing business with Kenny and Craig in the future

Great experience even though they seemed short handed for the amount of customers. We were in a pretty big bind tire wise, and they went above and beyond finding tires to replace those no one had, no one! I called every store in Reno, including them. But, they researched such a close match that worked great and got us back on our trip. Very grateful to this team on Sat. 4/25/26. Thank you, we got home safely.
