From the bottom of my heart: Thank you for fixing my tire, looking at everything for me & giving me honest feedback and advice on what to do next with the vehicle. My AC compressor blew out, then the alternator, then the belt snapped—— after that I was in an accident and ran over a piece of sheet metal where the tire physically came off and was fully flat. Thank you for working with me to get the tire fixed and repaired for me to drive on. Very nice guys and very calm during my stress.

Joe, Jordan, Josh, all the people in the shop area are the greatest! From my first visit getting a nail removed from tire, battery check, they treat you like a person should be treated. Love these guys! Got a flat went down here on a whim. The tire guy that I regularly go to in Mesa actually recommended them to me saying they had a pretty good reputation. First green flag: being recommended by others within the industry. Went down and they were totally slammed, but moved a few things around in the schedule and managed to work me in later in the afternoon. Second green flag: willing to work people in who are in a bind. When I came back they had the problem resolved and repaired within less than an hour. Third green flag: Very quick service. All in all, I would definitely recommend. Very friendly employees. Jason was fantastic. He was efficient, very well spoken and got the job done quickly. There was another gentleman up front- I don't know his name but he was also very cool. Definitely give these guys a shot if you need some tire repair work in the Queen Creek area.

I called to get my tires balanced and rotated, and Joe was able to get me in the same day. His team took care of my truck and got me in and out within an hour. Would recommend for any of your tire needs!

Had an absolutely great experience with Joe and Jordan at Big Brand Tire. I came in after having two nails patched in my tire, and unfortunately, by the time I got the tire back, the sidewall had broken. Joe and Jordan took the time to explain the situation to me and were very straightforward about the fact that there wasn't a reasonable way their equipment could have caused the damage. Even so, they didn't just brush me off or leave me to deal with the situation on my own. They went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out to me was how genuinely they treated me. I'd never met either of them before, but they treated me with the same kindness and concern you'd expect from people you've known for years. I've spent tens of thousands on tires of the years, and this being my first experience with big brand tire, they more than earned my future business and my first google review! I really appreciate Joe and Jordan for taking care of me and treating me like family. They absolutely earned this review, and I'd recommend Big Brand Tire to anyone looking for honest, respectful, well priced and genuinely helpful service.
