Front counter clerk was very informative about their procedure from start to finish. The free complete inspection results are actually explained by showing you the defects or damaged parts of your car. Next you are informed of parts & service charges entailed for repairs. You are also informed of what is critical or what is not immediately. Your given the choice to decide what you can or cannot choose to repair. Your not pressured into repairs that can wait a little longer if needed. Art actually helped me to make my choices. Best of all me being a woman & a senior Art didn't disrespect or belittle me. He actually praised my old school knowledge. The plan came to effect & the repairs were done & I felt confident that I could handle the payment plan. I told Art that I would return to tackle & have repairs done to the other things that need repairs. Everyone involved the skilled mechanic & Art were very kind courteous, professional, & friendly. I will return soon.
