I’ve been going to this location for years, and Andrew, the manager, has always been outstanding. He answers the phone with a calm, friendly attitude, pays attention, and genuinely seems to care about making things easier for the customer. Recently, I had to help my mom with a flat tire and have her car towed in. From the first phone call, Andrew answered all of my questions, helped me work through the logistics, and made sure everything would go smoothly. Once the car and tire arrived, he had the tire taken care of and the car ready in no time. What could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating situation was handled incredibly well. While I was there, I also watched him help another customer who was in a difficult situation. He was patient, reassuring, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also worked within the customer’s budget to make sure she was taken care of properly. What stood out just as much was the way he treated his employees. He was respectful, courteous, and asked for things to be handled in a calm and professional way. In return, his team seemed genuinely willing to help and get things done. That is how its done folks! A lot of stores and companies could learn something from the way Andrew handles customers, employees, and the day-to-day operation. It was an easy, no-hassle experience, and I could not recommend this location more highly for anyone needing tire or automotive service. Thank you, Andrew. Came to have my tire fixed. I was in a rush like everyone on the westside these days. Even though they were short on staff, the manager (owner?) took care of my tire right away because it just made sense. They charged zero for flat repair. It took him 5 minutes. Yet, most tire stores will have you leave your car and wait for hours until they get to it... Because it's free. I have not found this level of customer care and service like this anywhere in a very long time. To me, that said it all. They have my business going forward.
