Super professional, helpful l, and friendly crew that run the store. Came in on 07/01/26 mid afternoon and was able to get my tire that I bought from their Hollywood location that had a slow leak due to a nail puncture. They were busy with many customers but still took the time to take care me, I got out of there within 30 minutes. So far Big Brand Tire & Service in both locations live up to their good customer service reputation. If you are able, remember to tip the mechanics if you are getting your tire repaired for free.

Al at the store on Pico and Military in West LA should be the employee of the year. He does the work of three people and makes it look easy. We stopped by unannounced when we found a gunch in the sidewall of our tire. He took really good care of us and got us out of there faster than we expected.

Got a flat tire and needed to replace all my tires since they were due anyway. The price was amazing, and the service was incredibly quick. The employees were very friendly and excellent at what they do. Highly, highly recommend! This was my first visit, but I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gwyn and Kenneth helped me patch my tire after roadside assistance couldn’t find the hole. They checked the pressure of all my tires before I left and even showed me how to change my tire should I ever be in stuck without roadside. They were great guys who left me feeling more confident around cars!
