Extremely knowledgeable staff and top-notch service! I had multiple services performed, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly every step of the way. I especially want to recognize Bella for her professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service. She made the entire experience easy and reassuring from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do and in taking care of their customers. Highly recommended!

I was there to purchase a battery for our truck. Peter told us it will be ready in about an hour. We received at text after a little over an hour that our truck was ready. Peter has always had great customer service. I apologize about what I said about him on the last review. He's a good guy. The other staff Trevor and Bella and all the techs there also has great customer service. I bring all my cars to Big Brand when they have any mechanical issues.
