First time going to the big brand tire on 99th Ave and Peoria. Friendly staff and great service. Had to get my wheels checked for balance because the previous owner didn’t do it with new tires. Got fixed at a great price. Will go back again for my tire needs!

I had big brand duo before you buy new car check and the minute I walked in Tone talked to the guy at the counter Incredible personality even though it's 110 outside he explained everything to me and was dark hole and compassionate person and when you're dealing with car repairs that is one 150% the person I want to deal with Then the mechanic got my truck checked it out made sure everything was good cleaned it up came and explained everything to me even the not so smart questions that I had he was nice enough to explain to me I can't think of a better place to take your car to get it fixed These guys are 100% rock stars. I recommend these guys every day of the week and twice on Sunday because they're open seven days a week.

Thank you Trevor for your excellent help today and the whole mechanical crew. Also to Pete who has helped in the past. I always feel safe before I head out on a road trip to go see my family in Big Bear. Since the first time I walked in the doors a couple years ago this is the only place I go to now I still love my tires!!! I’ve gotten my brakes done here, my alignment, and all of my oil changes since! Wonderful customer service!!!!

Had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Was told that the tire was unrepairable. I was given a very nice sale price on a new tire and I accepted. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I was treated well and would recommend Big Brand Tire and Service for your future tire or repair needs.
