I went in to the Peoria location to have a tire that lost air pressure checked. Peter A. was very clear about what the potential outcomes would be. Everyone i spoke to was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I understood the issues. In the end, they were able to repair the tire and did not charge me. I should note that I had never been there before. I have been looking for a new place to have my car and my girlfriend's car serviced. I believe I have found it.

I’ve always stayed away from having automotive service done at a tire store. I went to these guys because they were the preferred shop of my warranty company. I’m glad I did. They are fair and professional with obviously well-trained technicians. GM, Trevor is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to offer excellent customer service. His assistant, Pete is also very knowledgeable and experienced and he went above and beyond in his efforts to get our brakes and A/C fixed as they were compromised on the used GMC Sierra 2500 HD we bought from Carvana. When Carvana’s warranty company rejected a claim, Pete went out of his way to get more pictures of the problem to them for further clarification. They are a busy shop and I know why now. No doubt, the time spent on our warranty claim could have been better spent with other customers. We will be doing more business with them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

First time visiting a big brand tire - Brought in a battery to replace it before a trip to LA as it was at 45% left didn't wanna chance it We went to oreillys and they referred us to this spot. Service was great! They only charged $30 for a battery swap & gave us a card for a free oil change! We were in and out quick Thanks big brand! Highly recommend
