Avoided a mattress on the highway and the TPMS light went on. Came here and they checked the tires finding a nail. They did the tire pressure for each of the tires and put a patch on the tire. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend coming here. Top notch.

My husband took in his truck after being told it needed new breaks and possibly tires by Ford Dealership. We had just bought new tires so we knew that couldn’t be so we took it into Big Brand for a second opinion. Christopher our tech, quickly let us know after his inspection that neither of those things were needed. We really appreciated Christopher honesty and great customer service. We will definitely be back!

I worked with Isaiah and Chris on a pre purchase inspection, and they were amazing. Thoroughly detailed with the inspection and sent over a written email report. They were also very patient with me and the dealership to work with scheduling. Amazing, amazing place! Would definitely recommend.
