I've been to two different locations for tire repair within 1000 miles and met with incredible customer service and kindness at both locations! They turned a "bad day" into a pleasant interaction and got me back to work early on a Saturday & even a Sunday morning free of charge both times! I will only use Big Brand Tires in the future.

I recently went to the Big Brand Tire location in Oro Valley for a new set of tires. Not only was the service excellent, but the store had a better selection and better prices than their competitors - including Costco. Thomas Kiley, the Store Manager, took very good care of my car and demonstrated excellent customer service. Initially, he told me that the job would take approximately 90 minutes to complete, but they were done in less than 45. I highly recommend this store for automotive service.

Had 12 lbs of pressure in my tire on my way to work this morning and this place got me in immediately and repaired my flat tire at no charge. Had me back on the road in no time! Highly recommend
