I had such a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service, and Milton was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated how friendly, professional, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need, which can sometimes be hard to find when dealing with car services. Milton took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me get the best value rather than just making a sale. The customer service alone made the experience worth it, but getting such a good deal made it even better. Milton is a great guy and definitely an asset to Big Brand Tire & Service. It’s nice to find someone you feel like you can trust when it comes to your car. I left extremely happy with both the service and the price. Milton helped me out there at the Ontario Mills location great guy checked out my AC made sure my freon was full turned out my compressor wasn't working no charge. Plan to go back when I'm ready to get it repaired. Had to leave a review for great customer service!

Milton the manager hooked it up for me.Fixed my tire for FREE!! Had a slow leak that became a fast leak. Got my flat fixed in under 45 minutes. Very good experience. Will definitely come back when is time for new tires
