So I had a nail in my tire and a slow leak not only did they repair the flat for free but they also rotated my tires for free I didn't purchase anything that was super nice next time I need tires or service I will definitely go to them!

I had such a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service, and Milton was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated how friendly, professional, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need, which can sometimes be hard to find when dealing with car services. Milton took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me get the best value rather than just making a sale. The customer service alone made the experience worth it, but getting such a good deal made it even better. Milton is a great guy and definitely an asset to Big Brand Tire & Service. It’s nice to find someone you feel like you can trust when it comes to your car. I left extremely happy with both the service and the price. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for tires or automotive services, and if you go, definitely ask for Milton! And I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs!
