Im always uncomfortable going to a car place I've never been before. Im so used to being talked down to that it makes me annoyed. I didn't feel any of theat here. The man that helped me was super kind. He discussed my tire choice with me and showed me the difference in tires and what those differences meant in terms of interior sound an road grip. We did upset me from my prior choice, but I'm not mad about it. He was right and I'm happy with my choice. (If it matters to you, there was also a female working there too. She too was kind and knowledgeablewith her clients.) My new tires are working out great. I definitely will be back.
