Excellent Service and a Customer for Life I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos, Brett, and Randy at Big Brand Tire & Service in Loveland, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carlos was my primary point of contact, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. I originally purchased a set of tires online and had them shipped to Big Brand for installation, only to discover that I had accidentally ordered the wrong ply rating for my Dodge van. The 10-ply tires I actually needed were understandably more expensive, but even then, Big Brand came in a couple hundred dollars below the other quotes I received. Their warranty package was also an excellent value. When you purchase the warranty, you essentially get the fourth tire free when purchasing four tires—you pay for three and receive the fourth at no charge. In my case, that ended up saving me more than $100 on the total cost of the four tires. The warranty also includes free tire rotations, repairs, and balancing for the life of the tires. Between the pricing and the warranty coverage, I’m extremely happy with the value. There was a communication mix-up regarding an alignment that I had not requested or authorized. I was surprised to see it on the final bill and brought it to Carlos’s attention. He immediately understood my concern, took care of the issue, and removed the alignment charge without hesitation. That may sound like a small thing, but it made a big impression on me. I’ve dealt with enough businesses where something like that can turn into an unnecessary argument. Carlos could have made it difficult, but instead he resolved the issue before there was ever a fight to have. That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and I genuinely appreciate it. For the cost of an alignment, Big Brand Tire & Service earned a lifelong customer. Carlos, Brett, and Randy took great care of me, and I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. If you need tires, an alignment, an oil change, or other tire and service work, I recommend these guys without reservation. Great pricing, a fantastic warranty, and—most importantly—great people who actually care about taking care of their customers.

Speed, quality, and service I have been going to Big Brand since I was 16 for tires. They have always done me great. Great customer service and will meet you where you’re at financially and get you the tires you need. They always educate me, and provide me with clarity on the business they run. Brett has always been my man. Always there to help me out and give me the best set of tires I need. The way they run their business (unlike others) is honest and transparent. They have always met my needs and where I’m at financially (the world is very expensive) They run their shop efficiently and fast. For a new set of tires in about 45 minutes. Along with providing information on the tires I got and the difference between tires. I highly recommend Big Brand especially if your wanting to learn something new each time you go in!

I was SO worried about this unexpected expense, but Nick gave me options which at the end helped tremendously with my finances (I felt a huge weight being lifted). They did an amazing job, their attention to my concerns is what everyone deserves. Plus, I also heard great things about this same location from a trusted source of mine. 100/10 will recomend.

I have been going to Big Brand/T&T for years, receiving great service before, during, and after the changeover. They actually fix what they say they’re fixing and let you know of any additional issues they encounter. Prices are always competitive and reasonable. I was blown away today when they replaced a taillight in my 2002 Honda CRV without charging me! That has never happened to me before in my entire lifetime. I will continue recommending them to others.

Went in on a Sunday and they fixed my flat tire for free. I was in and out in just under and hour. I really appreciated that. I would recommend that you use them for tires or any service they provide. They are all very friendly, nice and thorough
