Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Loveland, CO 80537

This past Sunday my family was heading to Greely for a performance my daughter was in when one of our tires decided to take a stick to the sidewall. I had bought hazard insurance through Big O, and while they are great, they are not open on Sundays... so my options for a replacement were the two Firestone locations or Big Brand. Well, let me tell you, this location's service is absolutely fantastic. None of the Firestone locations would give me the time of day, but after calling about my issue and limping over to Big Brand to have the tire replaced, they had us in and out in less than 15min so we could still make our performance in time. We even tried to order an Uber and had to cancel it, cause they had us out so fast. Big thanks to the staff here and when the rest of my tires need replacing I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is awesome. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. That is what true customer service is, in a world of no customer service.

They patch tires for free. But look. WHILE they patched my tire for free, they treated me like I was paying. Wish I lived in Colorado because I don't want to ever take my truck anywhere else.

Randy and team did a great job with tire rotation and oil change on my modified 2016 ;Runner. They let me know that the front upper ball joints were in need of replacement, likely due to my truck modifications. Really great to have someone looking out for my vehicle safety. Thanks. Ed Price

Bought a used vehicle and 2 weeks later stopped in with a 4 inch bolt stuck in tire. They fix flats for free. Returned 2 weeks later with a slow leak in different tire. Had to return next day and got 4 new tires installed. Return business for good service folks, its real.
