I was greeted by Jenny and Yadira at the counter and informed them that my vehicle while on a rainy day, slid on the road when turning into my neighborhood. They offered to inspect my vehicle free of charge and their technician Giovanni found and informed them that my tire was at very low thread. I informed them that my son tends to drive the vehicle from time to time and my biggest concern was his safety. They took the time to explain the various options they had to offer for my vehicle depending on performance and longevity. They not only seemed, but were genuinely concerned that I left from there with not just with my own safety but also with peace in mind that my son would also be safe in his own travels. I am going to recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Thank you Jenny and Yadira for reminding me what WOW Customer Service and Caring for others is like.

This was my first time here at the shop. I bought my stepmom‘s car and Jenny at the front desk was very helpful. Gave me reasonable prices For all fluid exchanges or changes on a 2004 Honda CRV she told me that they could quickly change the oil due to that. I did not have much time. She said they would get it done in 30 to 40 minutes and they did very happy with the Service very happy with the pricing and very happy with future estimate for fluid exchanges or changes will be back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Big Brand Tires. They gave me a free inspection and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
