As pain free as it could be! I had a flat an 4 bad tires. Towed my car in and they took it all from there and let me know when it was ready for pick up so I didn’t have to wait around. Car is already driving and feeli n so much better!

Around July of 2025, I stopped at Big Brand Tires for a flat and opted for their lifetime warranty, at the time the price was quite steep but reasonable. Well thank god I did because I got another flat, and that warranty came in clutch! Rather than paying for another tire and dropping a few hundreds for the tires, I only paid a whopping $20 and thats just to renew the tire’s warranty! Hailey and her colleagues are amazing, they were able to get me in and out of the shop within 30 minutes, from my scheduled appointment, despite having a booked schedule. Based off of my expierence so far, Big Brand Tires will be my go to reccommendation to anyone I know whenever they have tire problems.

I'm 64 yrs old. I've had few cars in my day & had plenty of experiences taking vehicles to auto shops for repairs. Today was by far & not even close to the best experience I've ever had. Pete & Shawn, thank you gentlemen! Shot out to Haley also! All I can finish with saying, you have a problem with ANYTHING with your car, you should bring it to Big Brand Tire & Service!

Went in to get a patch expecting to pay 10-20$ easly.. then come to my surprise he told me it's FREE!! They are a life savor because money is tight right now and they helped out big time .. definitely going for all my cars tire repairs ! Super friendly! Thank you guys !! Definitely recommend to all to go here
