Big Brand is actually a great company. I know some things about car repairs, but I don't have the tools nor the time to fix my own vehicles. Every interaction I have had with both the Queen Creek and especially the Mesa and Gilbert locations have been incredible! We first took our Expedition to the Queen Creek Location for an A/C repair and they not only got it done same day, but helped us replace some seat covers that we needed special tools for. It was so nice to see the great service there. The Mesa (Val Vista & Baseline) location is closer to us - we took our Elantra there to check the A/C a couple of months after we had run over an object that dropped off of a truck in front of us on the freeway. Our insurance took care of it, but the shop that repaired our car Covered up some of the damage! Big Brand Found the problem with the A/C was related to that AND not only told us about it - but they told us it should be covered, gave us the information we needed to get it done with the other shop and advised us to go back to the collision repair shop for the repair under insurance that Should have been completed. They reduced the cost for the assessment - also a very customer forward thing to do. If their goal was proving we could trust them to care for our car AND their customers, it worked! THIS is the place you need to bring your car for maintenance and repairs! Good people at a good price! Thank You Big Brand Team! 😊 🙏
