I usually go to the one in Temecula went here my first time they did an amazing job. They were really polite. They got alignment done really quickly, and they were very honest they did alignment on aftermarket part and they tried the best to line it up the best they could very satisfied with the people that work there.

Took my car in for a brake check cuz they were starting to squeal a lil bit, Marisela was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through each step of the process. They also performed a free overall check once my car was up on the mount, and noticed some structural wear and tear that I hadn’t noticed, and would have continued to go unnoticed until something major broke. Marisela was able to get an estimate put together so I could see a breakdown of what needed to be done, and why each step was needed. They were also able to get me in and out in a little over an hour, even as a walk in. Highly recommend this location, and ask for Marisela if you can! She’ll get you set up for success

Thank you for the quick work and getting me a new tire, plus pointing out issue with my free alignment check, it’s the reason I have been losing MPG since I drove it off the lot 1,500 miles ago. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places, and the team worked impressively fast without cutting corners. Maricela is an excellent representation of high quality customer service. Big Brand Tires has an asset in her as an employee. From the initial call to set the appointment to meeting her in person, she exuded exceptional communication, knowledge of the industry and a human-to-human interaction that immediately garnered trust. High quality customer service is a dying art in most companies but she has developed this skill to a level that deserves an accolade. I have been a customer of this company for a couple of years and have had very positive experiences at each visit but today’s service was exceptional.
