Very good experience! I went because my dash board kept saying my tire needed air. Ricardo quickly assisted me and patched my tires because turns out I had a nail. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic service! I had a total flat tire and knew I needed to order a new one. Big Brand was the first place I called. They didn’t have one in stock but said they could one and have it the next working day and they did. Fixed it right up for a cost less than I had anticipated. I happened to get ANOTHER nail in a different tire two weeks later and they fixed that one at no cost, in under 30 minutes! The employees are very pleasant and super helpful. The shop is very clean. I would definitely recommend.

After a few months of squeaking breaks, I finally went to Big Brand on Manchester to have them checked out. These guys are really fair and know what their doing. Excellent customer service all the around.
