This place was great! I came by because the low tire sensor came on in my car and they took a look and found a huge nail in one of my tires. Repaired the hole for free the next day with an appointment in under 30 minutes! Customer service was great and everyone was really nice!

FIXED MY FLAT TIRE… FOR FREE!!! Unfortunately, my day started with the “low tire pressure” light ON. Being an Uber driver, safety always comes first when riders get in my car. I pass by the Big Brand Tire store and probably five other tire repair shops daily, on my way to LAX. I was relieved when I was told they would be able to repair and patch my tire all for FREE! Anything free is VERY hard to find, especially when it comes to car repairs. Everywhere you go these days corporations are always trying to nickel and dime you to death to make sure we pay them something. Seriously, the guys were polite, no sales pitch, no up selling or hidden fees. When they finished, they handed me back my key and said, “Thanks, have a great day!” They had me in out and on the road in no time flat (no pun intended)!!! I’d like to say thanks for saving me time and money to the LAX location. I’d highly recommend them.
