I bought my tires here, and I received excellent service. From the Manager who I spoke to on the phone, helping me with ordering my tires, to the woman who I spoke to when I came in for the service. Fantastic service! I had a total flat tire and knew I needed to order a new one. Big Brand was the first place I called. They didn’t have one in stock but said they could one and have it the next working day and they did. Fixed it right up for a cost less than I had anticipated. I happened to get ANOTHER nail in a different tire two weeks later and they fixed that one at no cost, in under 30 minutes! The employees are very pleasant and super helpful. The shop is very clean. I would definitely recommend.
