Called Kirk in the AM, they were busy with others and asked if I would allow a call back in a few minutes. Said yes and took my contact information. Called back in just a few minutes and I requested availability of a tire for Fifth Wheel RV. One was available and the price was right. I delivered the old tire and wheel and Sam assisted at the counter. The wait time was about an hour without appointment. The service was punctual and professional. The quote did not change and Sam unloaded the old and loaded the new into my pickup and I was home for lunch. Good experience all around.

Excellent customer service from Kameron at the front desk. Quick service with a same day appointment, on a holiday weekend Sunday. Great first experience and will absolutely be back. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been purchasing my tires from this store for over 20 years. Before it was Schultz Tire. What had not changed are Sam and Kirk. They are the reason I keep going back. You could not ask for better customer service than what you get from these guys. Give them a call and ask for them by name. You will be happy you did. 😊

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was genuinely majestic. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing fully expecting I might be asked to schedule an appointment. Instead, Captain Kirk welcomed me in without hesitation and took care of my very flat tire right away. What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed or quality of the repair (which was excellent), but the attitude. There was no rushing me out, no frustration about the timing—just professionalism, genuine kindness, and a real willingness to help a damsel in distress. They turned what could have been a stressful, frustrating end to my day into a huge sense of relief. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a massive difference to me and truly made my entire day. Really I could not be more grateful, thank you so much!!!
