Amazing service! I had taken my car to have tires rotated at another local shop, had non stop issues after the rotation. Took it to Big Brand and Sam helped get the tires balanced properly and back on the road. Will only be using them in the future!

The guys at Big Brand Tire in Auburn were super friendly and helpful. I will gladly refer my friends and 11 siblings here. Sam listened intently to my explanation of issues with my Honda suspension and after the service gave me an honest and informative report of my options. He was not trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services but rather informed me to make the best decision for my car. Unfortunately I was 15 minutes late to my appointment due to road work which he was also understanding of. I’m impressed with the high quality customer service and work done here at Auburn Big Brand Tires. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Big tanks to the team in Auburn, CA! Not all Big Brand locations are equal. After visiting a separate location for an alignment I was disappointed with the results. Auburn took a close look and realigned my vehicle to perfection, correcting another branch’s mistakes without hesitation. Their expert technicians and professional customer service were second to none, even with the short staffing they were experiencing. I hope they receive additional support from corporate and continue to provide their exceptional service to our local community. My car has never drove better! Thank you to Mark, Sam & the team!

A-Town Diesel recommended Big Brand Tire in Auburn for an alignment. I had just put new Michelin tires on a Chevy 2500 HD. BBT‘s alignment person has worked there for over 20 years. Part of BBT’s service is to do a no charge alignment check. As it turned out, my alignment was fine and they did not charge me. I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. I had a wonderful chat in their waiting room with another customer whose family has brought their vehicles to BBT for tires, brakes, etc. They also have been very satisfied with BBT.
