I found a nail in my tire on a Sunday. I couldn’t believe Big Brand Tire & Service was open. They were super busy, but they got me in and took care of my tire. Samuel was absolutely a delight, super friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here. My husband and I will definitely be taking our vehicles back.

The Auburn location has a crew of Rockstars both in the office and in the tire center. Went in on Wednesday and they performed the fleet flat repair in about an hour on my truck which has monster truck tires. I had such great service. I also made an appointment on Friday for an alignment, and while I was dropping the truck off, our other car suddenly started vibrating and throwing a check engine light and the staff offered to hook it up to the machine right there in the parking lot and discovered engine cylinder misfire on cylinder number four and told me the probable cause. While they did the alignment I went over to Ford and bought the new coil pack and had the job done in about 15 minutes for $100? They saved me at least $800 job from having to take the car to the Ford dealership for the repair since it was an easy job five stars!

I was told my service was going to be 2hours. They got me done in 1 hour.
