Everyone was terrific!

It was a Sunday at 2 p.m.; I had already been turned away by American Tire because they were swamped and closing at 4 p.m. I arrived here feeling nervous that I’d be refused service again, but they treated me wonderfully. They even checked my other tires to ensure I could make it back to Lodi safely. I expected an extra charge—since it was a holiday weekend and I was squeezing into their schedule—but to my surprise, they didn't charge me a thing and provided excellent service!

This place really helped me! I had a nail in my tire and I took it to 2 or 3 other places and one place wanted to sell me two new tires and when I called Big Brand Tire and Service Memphis said come on in we can plug and patch that for you at zero cost, I might add😲 and then the next week I was driving to Palm Springs which is super hot hot hot and my tire was perfect it's like new and has been holding all of the air. I had no issues! So thank you for the quick service, the great customers care and the thoroughness of fixing my tire!!!

I really like these guys. First off, you buy your tires. Then, in the same place, you get them aligned. They do a free alignment check- important to resist wear. Customer service is great. I would recommend them . Oh, and free rotation, too!
