Walked in with no appointment to get Wheel alignment that other tire shops said they couldn’t do and a synthetic high mileage oil change. Chevy Camaro SS. Everything done in about 2hrs. Everyone was professional and helpful. I will return.

Went in to the shop in Lake Elsinore for a flat repair. They got on it immediately. Very friendly staff, nice clean shop. While waiting, I had a chance to browse the tires in stock. Very good selection. I will be coming back, and recommend others give them a try.

I scheduled a simple tire replacement online at Big Brand Tire & Service and showed up on a Sunday, fully expecting a long wait since they were absolutely slammed. The team up front let me know it would be around 2 to 2.5 hours, which seemed reasonable given how busy they were. To my surprise, the front desk guys jumped right on my car and had me back on the road in about an hour. That kind of efficiency—especially on a busy weekend—is impressive.
