Went to Big Brand Tires on Ina Rd to get an estimate on a set of tires for my car. I was amazed how cordial Cesar was. Cesar was very busy but took the time to answer all my questions and give me a couple of estimates on two different brands of tires. The prices I was quoted was unbelievable! So much cheaper than 4 other well known tire companies with all the warranties that the other companies offer but there again the warranties were even cheaper than the other 4 tires companies with 20,000 more mile warranty than other tires. Cesar never tried to up sale other products as well which was appreciated. I had the tires installed Sept. 1, 2026. Cesar was there to greet me as I walked through the door at 7:50 that morning. Again so very kind with a warm smile. I have been in management for years so I key in to customer service. He was kind to everyone whether it be on phone or walked in the shop. Cesars customer service skills were impeccable! I walked out of there very pleased! Thank you Cesar and Big Brand Tire Company for hiring such kind staff. I will definitely be referring others to them. Thank you and God Bless the staff

Needed a tire fix, nail went on an angle.I said to myself closest place at 9am on a Sunday heading down to Goodyear, took me in.Explained everything about saving the tire, they got it done in 45 minutes worth the wait and at no charge.We are going to bring our warranty work here and very impressed with the professional service we received.
