I'm glad that I came to this establishment. Mr. Memo was so efficient 🫡 it seemed to good to be true. He was completely transparent and extremely patient, as I was skeptical coming into the process; but everything was done like it used to be. When you can come into a shop, request a service, discuss schedules and pricing. Meet, greet and get to business. My car is running so much smoother. It's only been a couple hours but again, dealing with Memo was so efficient I don't for see any issues. I was so anxious about the outcome of this experience. Guess I had nothing to worry about. Thanks Big Brand tire, thanks memo and thanks to your crew🙏🏾🫵🏾🤝🏾
