This place is phenomenal. My wife’s car has had a perpetual slow leak on a tire and we took it to a big-o where they had forgotten about our car out front stated they fixed it but then never did. Came to Big Brand Tires because we wanted a good local tire shop. Zach and the team are world class and got our tire fixed, incredible customer service. Will 10/10 be coming back when we need to get new tires on either of our vehicles.

Took my grandmother's car in for an oil change. Zachary at the front did notice her struts on the hood were no longer holding it up. I usually have my guard up when at a shop and was pleasantly surprised it was just a short conversation and not a sales pitch. Will be back

Honestly the best shop hands down. Zach is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Honesty runs deep in that shop, especially when my wife (who knows nothing about cars) came in there with issues. Can’t praise them enough with how much they care and how well they treat customers vehicles. Planning on sending my entire family to them for any and all vehicle needs, including my stubborn father and elderly mother. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thank you Zach for being trustworthy, compassionate and all around a good guy.
