Picked Big Brand on recommendation from motel. They had me bring my tire that AAA had changed to find out why it was low. They also added air to the others. When we came back, they said nothing was wrong with the tire and the others held pressure so it is possible that the cold night and elevation changes (we're from the coast) could have lowered the pressure enough to cause the light to come on the dash. The service was impressive enough on it's own, but then they wouldn't charge me anything. I was absolutely amazed. Such nice people!

I got an oil change today at big Brand tires, phenomenal, phenomenal, customer service, so professional, and they got it done so quickly If you’re getting an oil change, you’re only choice is a big brand tires. I wish I could give them 10 stars, but Google will only let me give them five again amazing job.

The staff were fantastic. We came in not knowing why the front of car was shaking when we drove 60 mph on the freeway. They figured it out and had us back on the road same day. I highly recommend grass valley location.

efficient reasonable and they don't try to gouge you like some mechanics. I use Big brand for tires and mechanic work. definitely more than just a tire store! ❤️

Called to asked about availability, got an appointment at a convenient time, got my flat tire patched up and put back on my car. Overall it was a good experience and the employees were very nice

I had a dead battery this morning. AAA towing came gave me a jump, drove to big brand they replaced it for me with short notice and no appt. In and out in under an hour!
