Customer service staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful both times I went in to have a low tire checked. The technician, LJ, was able to determine that there was a bad valve stem causing the problem. Extremely happy with their courtesy and service!

Bri went above and Beyond customer service. I needed a tire repair and They didn’t know if it could be repaired from where the nail was so she ordered a tire just in case the day before my appointment so that when I got there to have my tire repaired, the tire would be there if they needed , a lot of places will not do this. I highly recommend to take your vehicle there and see Bri. Wonderful people

My daughter and I had the BEST experience at your location in Grass Valley yesterday. Brittany was so busy answering about a dozen phone calls and taking care of about 10 of us customers. She did it with ease, kindness, knowledge and cheerfulness. While LJ took care of a hard to find leak in my tire. They both made our day. Thank you Big Brands tires. Your employees rock . Also we recently moved here from Arizona and we had an excellent experience at your San Tan Valley location. You did repairs on my husband’s King Ranch truck, new tires on his race car trailer and service on my Lexus. You’re simply the best. Blessings, Joan and family
