Alex and the dudes that work in this shop are amazing. Discount didn’t tighten lugs on my work truck after having tires done. The wheel just about came off the truck right out side their shop. I was able to limp it into the parking lot and Alex got his guys on it. Same day repair which is huge for me and the company I work for. Time is money and these guys are all bout saving you time. Thanks again!

Discount Tire Ina and Shannon. I've been coming to Discount Tire since 1996 and have never gone anywhere else. The only reason was my grandparents went to Discount before I was old enough to drive. Every location I've ever stepped foot in has always gone above and beyond to take care of the needs of anyone that walks in that door. My latest experience. I came in because I needed my tires rotated and some of my TPMS sensors needed replacement. There wasn't one person at the Ina and Shannon location that wasn't willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of properly. But the reason I'm writing this post is a young lady by the name of Angel reached out to inform me that my order for special caps for my custom rims where ready to be ordered and she would follow up to let me know when they were delivered. Raul the store manager was monitoring every step from my tires to my sensors and is a great asset. Why would I go anywhere else after 30 years of amazing service?

Had a nail in my tire. Found the only place that was close so I brought it there. 15-20 minute wait. Not bad at all. Went in there to get some water and asked how much wood is it going to be and they told me it was free. I was shocked! I asked him again if they were joking. They said no! Great people! Good service, And very very courteous! You got to give him a tip if it's free! Thank you, Big Brand tire! Two people in the front were very helpful and courteous!

Had the oil in my 4Runner changed here. Good prices, great service, friendly staff, and was easy to book an appointment on the website. Waiting area is clean and has good air conditioning. Highly recommend.
