I love my house and I love living in Goodyear. What I don’t love is all the construction that’s going on and careless workers who leave or drop nails on the road causing me to run over one! That was my recent Sunday not so funday. All I wanted was to go grab my kid some food, man! But thankfully Big Brand Tire and Gunnar had my back. I called and they had a tire in stock for me and were able to put it on same day. They took a very stressful situation and helped to turn it around for me. Did I like having to unnecessarily and unexpectedly buy a new tire? Absolutely not. But I got it done with the help of a great crew, great service and now I’m back to (cautiously) driving around the city again.

Excellent service from top to bottom. Gunner my new best friend and he don’t even know it. Went on a special hunt for a set of tires for some aftermarket rims. He helped me no problem and got the job done excellently. Chris maybe the only technician allowed to mount rims and/or rotate my tires on my car. I’m apart of the family now. 😈

After a weekend in Phoenix, traveling back to Palm Springs, battery died on a Sunday. Big Brand Call Center gave directions to the Goodyear, AZ store. ReAnna and Gunner confirmed the battery was in poor condition. Confirmed the correct replacement was in stock and had the parts runner drop it off at the store. Gunner had the tech check error codes to make sure it was just a battery problem. Gunner and ReAnna and the tech got the new battery installed and checked out. We were on the road in no time. Great Service, Great People who helped us. I will say again, this all happened on a Sunday when most auto service places are closed. Thank you Big Brand Tire and Service.
