They fixed a leaking tire and did not even charge at all

Man, they're a little more expensive than discount tire, but the quality of tires,the cascade have been much less flat prone than the phantom hrx's from discount, even bearing more weight. The service and respect from the employees is impeccable. I typically expect to be a little disrespected from any shop because "i know what I'm doing, you don't " but that simply isn't the case here whatsoever. Every person I spoke with was friendly, honest, respectful and very helpful. I'll be back for sure, especially if every BBT shop is as professional as this one.

I was able to schedule a same-day battery check online. They replaced the battery, aired-up the tires, and got me out in about an hour and a half for a very reasonable price. Super-friendly, too.
