Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Tucson, AZ 85730

Ended up going to Big Brand the first time because they were the only shop open on Sunday. The service received and customer service were head and shoulders above every other big name type shop. Prices were better, I’ve continued to use Only Big Brand for my tire, alignment, and anything else I can’t perform myself. They can’t be beat.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on!

Alex got new tires for my car and installed them the next day in the EXACT amount of time he told me! Service is unmatched and so personable!

They were very helpful, thank you.😁

I went into Big Brand Tire today expecting nothing more than to have a slow leak patched, and it turned into quite an experience! They discovered three nails in my rear passenger tire and actually showed me exactly where they were and explained why, because of their location, the tire could not safely be repaired. They also measured the tread on all four of my tires and took the time to explain my options. Since my other tires were already fairly worn and my Palisade is AWD, I ultimately decided to replace all four. Fortunately, they had a buy-three-get-one-free special going on, which definitely helped take some of the sting out of an unexpected expense! They performed a complimentary alignment check with the new tires and found that my rear camber needed adjustment. They showed me the results, explained everything clearly, and gave me a discount on the alignment. There was also a front camber measurement that would require an additional kit to correct, but instead of trying to sell me something I may not need, they recommended monitoring the tire wear during future rotations and only addressing it if it becomes necessary. I really appreciated that. What could have been a very frustrating experience was made much easier by the staff being friendly, patient and transparent throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated being shown the actual tire damage and alignment results so I could make an informed decision. I went in for a patch and certainly didn't expect to leave with four new tires and an alignment 😂, but I left feeling confident that the work actually needed to be done and that my vehicle is safer because of it. I would definitely recommend this Big Brand Tire location.

I’ve always gotten fantastic customer service here. They’re pretty decently priced, I’m never here for super long, and they have decent stuff on the tv
