I made an appointment to get a screw out of my tire and get it patched. From the time I walked in Scott greeted me and made it so easy to schedule my appointment! I showed up on time the very next morning and was greeted by Sam the manager who explained the process and when my car was done Sam finished the paperwork and off I went! I will definitely go to Big Brand Tire not only for tire repair but also everything else my car needs to stay in perfect condition! Thank you so much for making my experience a good one!

The guys at Big Brand Tire and Service were amazing today. My truck broke down on a Saturday night with no power. They were able to get me in on Sunday at noon and have a new alternator and serpentine belt installed by 4:00 p.m. I would highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service to all my family and friends.

Super friendly staff, along with quick service! They replaced my tires a couple weeks ago and also completed an alignment! They’ve also patched my tires in the past at their sister location, American Tire Depot. Thank you to Sam and the mechanic who worked on my car (Jim I think).
