Absolutely Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were towed in last night after a major breakdown 45 miles away—stranded with our dog and cat in the van. From the very first call, Big Brand Tire in Fallon came to our rescue. First thing this morning, they pulled us in and had us back on the road by 11 AM! They replaced the alternator, battery, and checked sensors while treating us (and our pets) with genuine care and kindness. Vehicle sat a few days with their backlog. They brought on a mechanic on the weekend to ensure we would be back on the road sooner. Worked with us to reduce our bill. They made it right. I'll be back when the time comes. Appreciate it Eli.

Excellent communication and service

Our ac stopped working leaving the Sacramento area on a road trip back home to South Carolina and every shop I called (without back tracking) had no available. I then spoke with Mike at Big Brand tire & Service in Fallon NV and as busy as they were that day he apologized for not being able to get us in that day. His solution was to bring it in first thing in the morning the next day and he would do his best to get the ac system diagnosed as soon as his tech had available. We stopped in the next morning and to our surprise the tech was waiting for our vehicle to inspect it and found that the ac compressor clutch failed. Mike made arrangements to order the part and have it there by 1pm. By 2:30 our vehicle was repaired and ac was working great ! Mike and the tech are very efficient and for them to get us in was very kind of them. We are very happy with this repair shop ! Thank you Mike and his amazing team !
