Came in few hours before they closed with an emergency sidewall puncture. They did not have the tire in stock. Jay, my service advisor, was not only very kind, but was able to locate, deliver, and have my car fixed in under 2 hours! Speechless. One, if not, the best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Jay and adjacent mechanics deserve everything great to come. 11/10 Thank you guys.

EXCELLENT PEOPLE WORK HERE! I can’t believe how kind these guys were. I thought I had a flat, turned out I had a major crack in the rim. Antonio went above and beyond to help seal it so I could get home. I’m so grateful to him! All the guys here were great, Mike set me up and made the whole experience so much less stressful than it could’ve been too. I hope they’re recognised for this, because of them I’ll always go back to Big Brand Tires.

I had a slow leak on a rear tire, my tire pressure alert went off so I stopped in to get air. I drove a few days and one tire needed a patch. All the checking and patch was n/c. The men working couldn’t have been nicer!

Oscar and the guys and everyone at Big Brand Tire‘s in Encino is great. They took care of my car. I put new tire’s on. They could’ve tried to upsell me but they didn’t have to because I already knew about my car but they don’t operate that way if you need help, they’ll help you diagnose it if you don’t need help, but you just need something a Repair tires whatever they’re there to help you and that’s what I like about those guys. They run a small Neighborhood shop and they know what it means to have happy customers thanks to the guys that Big Brand Tire One and All.
