I made appointment at 9:30am for my AC at my ford escape. I was pleased by Curtis he explain that there is car ahead of me. I have to leave my car and Curtis said he will update me. I got a phone call from Curtis explaining what needs to be replaced. I said go ahead. At 2pm Curtis called me is ready for pick up. I’m happy. Good customer service.

The Manager Curtis is the man. I could’ve went a lot of places today to get a full set of tires, but I chose this place because Curtis was kind considerate very well well-versed on his product line and the specials that they offered. I felt well taken care of and he got me in and out in a timely manner. I really appreciated Curtis and Big brad tires.
