I've never had a mechanic shop show me into the workshop and let me look at the underside of my car so I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. An incredible service that helped me understand my problem a lot better. I got my lower control arms attached to my front tires replaced. Roberto and team were super friendly and informative. I brought in my totaled car with brand new tires on it in with little notice, they helped me salvage my good tires and made sure they got it done before I had to get to the airport. They also let me take some other customizations on the car off while I waited (roof rack & skid plates) and checked in on me, giving me some water while I worked. Roberto helped me out through all this, big shout out, these guys are great. They even noticed some forgotten tools and made sure to get them back to me.

These guys are the best when it comes to all things tires. I went to discount tire this morning with a blade in my tire and was told it was not patchable. I decided to get a second opinion at big brand tires. Upon arriving Roberto took a look at my tire and advised that it may be fixed however he would need his team to check if it punctured all the way through. I left the tire with them to get checked out and not even ten minutes later he called me with wonderful news that my tire could be patched. He even showed me the pictures to see how far it punctured. I could not recommend this business more! These guys have wonderful spirits and are beyond helpful. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, come to Big Brand on Evans if you want the best service in town!

Had a screw stuck in my tire. They fixed it in a short amount of time. Everyone was kind.
