I had a really great experience at Big Brand Tire on Losee & Craig. I got 4 new tires installed, and they were able to price match me on a really good set. The service was super fast . I was in and out in about an hour, which is honestly the quickest I’ve ever had my tires changed. I also got an alignment and an oil change, and they worked out a really good deal for everything. Brandon was my service advisor, and he was excellent. He kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the alignment results, paperwork, and how the warranty works. His customer service really stood out. I also want to give a shoutout to Jesus and James, the technicians. They were hardworking, efficient, and didn’t mind answering my questions when they came up front . I usually work with Marvin (who is also great), but he was off this time, and Brandon took great care of everything. I definitely recommend this location! Don’t forget they price match , just bring in the pricing you would like for them to match
